“But Why Butterflies?”

A few months ago, I published a book about endangered butterflies entitled “Fluttering Gems”. My hope was and is to bring awareness to the importance of these beautiful creatures.

Endangered butterflies are often overlooked in discussions about conservation. I feel my art can have the power to capture attention and evoke emotions, making it an effective tool for shedding light on important conservation issues.

I hope that my artistic representations of endangered butterflies can contribute to documenting the diversity of species that exist on our planet. As some species are pushed towards extinction, having accurate visual records becomes increasingly important for future generations.

A portion of the proceeds from each sale of the book will be donated to organizations working to conserve endangered species and their habitats.

I do hope you enjoy looking at and sharing my art. I hope to spark conversations, change perspectives, and contribute to the collective efforts to protect our planet’s biodiversity.

In the coming weeks, I will be highlighting and giving you some background about a few of my drawings of the book images.
